1. Procedure and Service fees

Step 1: Tax closing procedure for PMO

• Competent state agency: Provincial Tax Department
• Time for implementation: 30 – 45 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and date of submission)

Step 2: Closing the Project Management Office

      Procedures to be proceeded:

> Close the Tax Identification Number;

> Announce to close the project management office;

> Return the seal to the Ministry of Public Security.

• Time for implementation: 20 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and date of submission).

Scope of work of Hong Bang Law Firm:

• Advise Client in all issues regarding closing PMO;
• Receive and review the completeness of the information and documents from Client;
• Prepare documents, translate documents (if necessary) and get authorization to carry out the procedures (submit, modify if necessary and receive results at the competent state agency).
• Hand over all the results to Client after completing work.

Documents to be provided by Client:

• Contract with the Owner, Minute of Acceptance, Minute of Liquidation;
• Legal documents of the project (Investment registration certificate, Enterprise Registration Certificate of the owner,…)
• Establishment documents of PMO, including:
• A copy of the Construction permit for foreigner contractor;
• The seal and original seal sample registration certificate;
• A copy of Notice of PMO establishment;
• A copy of certificate of completion of tax
• The tax declarations that PMO has submitted to tax department for the project (monthly, quarter, yearly, ect)
