Procedure to change business registration
Dossier to prepare
- Notice of change of company headquarters;
- Power of attorney (if not the legal representative of the company to submit directly);
- Certified copy of ID card/CCCD/passport of the authorized person;
- In addition, the enterprise must add the following additional documents:
- For one-member limited liability companies, private enterprises: The owner’s decision on the change of the company’s head office;
- For limited liability companies with 2 or more members, partnerships: Decision and valid copy of meeting minutes of the Members’ Council on the change of the company’s head office;
- For joint stock companies: Decision and valid copy of meeting minutes of the General Meeting of Shareholders on the change of the company’s head office.

Enterprises can apply directly at the Business Registration Office where the enterprise is headquartered.
