Promotional activities must be registered

Promotional activities that traders must carry out registration procedures with competent state agencies:

• Other forms of promotion approved by the management agency for which registration procedures are required

The competent authority

• Department of Industry and Trade, for promotional programs of chance, carried out in a province or centrally run city;
• For promotional programs of chance, the Ministry of Industry and Trade would carry out in two or more provinces or centrally-run cities, and promotional programs in other forms.
