EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) general contractor contract is a type of construction contract that the contractor performs all a set of jobs from technical design or construction drawing design, supply of materials and equipment to construction work, work items, and test run and handover to the investor. It can be said that the EPC Contract is the “key” behind each project’s success.

• Study the project documents provided by the Client (English and Vietnamese versions);
• Communicating about the special requirements of the Customer (if any);
• Drafting Contract content to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Client following the agreement between the Parties concerned and the provisions of the law in Vietnamese or a foreign language (at the request of the Client);
• Answering and explaining Customer’s questions or comments related to the draft contract;
• Reviewing, amending, and finalizing the draft contract based on the opinions of the Client to have a complete draft contract, additional working hours will be charged according to the hourly attorney’s fee.
• Support translation and notarization of EPC Contracts from Vietnamese to foreign languages and vice versa;
• Supporting Customers to attend meetings and working sessions with partners related to the development and signing of EPC Contracts.

• Provide services and perform related works fully, following the agreement and accordance with the law;
• Preserve and return to the customer the documents and means assigned to perform the service after completing the work;
• Immediately notify the customer in case information and documents are incomplete or the means are not guaranteed to complete the service provision;
• Keep confidential information that you know in the process of providing services if there is an agreement or regulation by law.
