Conditions

Conditions for automobiles for passenger transport business

• Must be under the legal ownership or right to use according to the written vehicle rental contract of the passenger transport business unit by car with the organization or individual or the business cooperation contract as prescribed. of the law.
• Cars for passenger transport business along fixed routes must have a capacity of 09 seats or more (including the driver) and have the following useful life: Not more than 15 years (from the year of manufacture) change for vehicles operating on routes over 300 kilometers, no more than 20 years (from the year of manufacture) for vehicles operating on routes with distances of 300 kilometers or less;
• Automobiles used for passenger transport by bus have a service life of not more than 20 years (from the year of manufacture);
• Taxis must have a capacity of fewer than 09 seats (including the driver) and have a shelf life of not more than 12 years (from the year of manufacture); do not use vehicles modified from vehicles with a capacity of 09 seats or more into cars of less than 9 seats (including the driver) or vehicles of similar size and design to vehicles of 09 seats or more for transportation business. transport passengers by taxi;
• Automobiles used for tourist transport business have a useful life of not more than 15 years (counting from the year of manufacture). Automobiles for passenger transport business under contracts have the following useful life: Not more than 15 years (counting from the year of manufacture) for vehicles operating on journeys with a distance of over 300 kilometers, no more than 20 years (from the year of manufacture) for vehicles operating on journeys with a distance of 300 kilometers or less.
• Cars for passenger transport business and cars for passenger transport business under contract with a capacity of fewer than 9 seats (including the driver) use electronic contracts with an expiry date. more than 12 years (from the year of manufacture).
• Before July 1, 2021, passenger transport business cars with a capacity of 09 seats (including the driver) or more must be fitted with cameras to ensure recording and storing images on the vehicle (including driver and the vehicle’s doors) during the vehicle’s participation in traffic. Image data is provided to the police, traffic inspectors, and licensing agencies, ensuring public and transparent supervision. The time to store images on the car is guaranteed as follows:
  • At least the last 24 hours for vehicles operating on a journey with a distance of up to 500 kilometers;
  • At least the last 72 hours for vehicles operating on a journey with a distance of more than 500 kilometers.

Conditions for doing business in transporting goods by car
