Procedures

Step 1: Land users and owners of land-attached assets submit dossiers at the Land Registration Office, Branch of the Land Registration Office.

Step 2: The Land Registry Office or the Branch Land Registry Office checks the validity of the application.

Step 3: Land registration office or Branch of land registration office issues a certificate of land parcel separation or consolidation

• Application for re-issuance of certificates of land use rights and ownership of houses and other land-attached assets
• A certificate of the commune-level People’s Committee that the notice of loss of paper has been posted within 15 days for households and individuals; papers proving that there has been an announcement on the local mass media 3 times about the loss of the Certificate for organizations, religious establishments, foreign individuals, foreign organizations with diplomatic functions, foreign-invested enterprises and overseas Vietnamese implementing investment projects; In case of loss of Certificate due to natural disaster or fire, there must be written certification of Commune-level People’s Committee of that natural disaster or fire.
