Tax closing for the Project Executive Office

• Handling agency: Tax Department of provinces and centrally-run cities
• Implementation time: 30 – 45 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, and filing date)

Termination of operation of the Project Executive Office

• Steps to take:
  • Close tax identification numbers at Tax Departments of provinces and centrally-run cities;
  • Close the bank account of the Project Executive Office;
  • Announcement of closing the project management office (PMO) at the Department of Construction;
  • Return the seal to the Ministry of Public Security;
• Implementation time: 20 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, and filing date)
