Services to be provided by Hong Bang Law Firm:
- Consult the provisions of the current Civil Code on what is the concept of “will”. Who is the testator? The rights of the testator as prescribed by law;
- Consult the provisions of law on the form of wills: in writing or orally;
- Advice and guidance on how to make, write and draft wills, including: Wills are made in writing without witnesses; Wills are made in writing with witnesses; A written will, notarized or authenticated;
- Advice on legal provisions on cases where oral wills can be made, legal validity of oral wills, validity of oral wills;
- Consulting on the provisions of the law on the main contents that must be included in the will;
- Consult the conditions prescribed by law for the will to be considered legal;
- Consulting on legal issues related to the witness for the will: who is allowed to be the witness, the cases that are not allowed to witness for the making of the will;
- Legal advice on the order and procedures for making a will at a notary practice organization, at a notary public office or at the People’s Committee of the commune/ward/township; subjects are not allowed to notarize or authenticate wills;
- Consult the provisions of law related to the amendment, supplement, replacement or cancellation of wills;
- Consulting on solving problems related to the deposit of wills, wills that are damaged or lost;
- Advice on the provisions of the law on the inheritors regardless of the content of the will, even in the content of the will that does not leave a portion of the estate to this person or leaves an estate but less than two If the estate is divided according to law, these individuals will still enjoy the inheritance regardless of the contents of the will: father, mother, wife, husband, minor children, children is an adult but has lost the ability to work;
- Consulting on the provisions of the law on inheritance (the testator gives his/her property to another person); heritage used for worship;
- Advice on legal provisions on interpretation of wills and order and procedures for publication of wills;
- Assist in making, writing and drafting wills at the request of the Client and in accordance with the provisions of law.

- Working time: Based on the original regulations on working time of Hong Bang:

- Afternoon: 13:30 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday)
Note: The overtime consultation shall be quoted separately.
Implementation time:
- Implementation time is 03 – 05 working days from the date of receiving complete information from the Client.
