Procedure to change business registration
Dossier to be prepared
- Notice of change of company headquarters;
- Power of attorney (if not the legal representative of the company to submit directly);
- Certified copy of ID card/passport of the authorized person;
In addition, the enterprise must add the following documents:
- For one-member limited liability companies, private enterprises: The owner’s decision on changing the company’s head office;
- For limited liability companies with 2 or more members, partnerships: Valid copy of the Decision and Meeting Minutes of the Members’ Council on the change of the company’s head office;
- For joint stock companies: Valid copy of the Decision and Meeting Minutes of the General Meeting of Shareholders on the change of the company’s head office.
Submission:
- Enterprises can apply directly at the Business Registration Office where the enterprise is headquartered or submit an online application on the National Portal for Business Registration through website http://dangkytinhdoanh.gov.vn .
Implementation time:
- 5-7 working days from the date of application submission.
