Conditions
(1) CHARTER CAPITAL (at the time of offering registration): at least 10 billion VND according to accounting books
(2) Business activities of 01 consecutive year before the year of registration are PROFITABLE.
(3) NO accumulated loss until the year of registration of the offering
(4) Issuance plan + The plan to use capital received from the offering has been approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders
The dossiers
a) Certificate of registration for the public offering of shares;
b) Prospectus;
c) Charter of the issuer;
d) The decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the issuance plan and the plan to use capital obtained from the public offering of shares;
dd) Underwriting commitment (if any).
