- Circular 105/2020/TT-BTC.

- Legal documents of the project: Decision approving the project investment policy, Certificate of investment registration, other relevant project documents;
- Construction permit for foreign contractors issued by the Ministry of Construction/ provincial Department of Construction;
- Certificate of seal sample registration issued by the Ministry of Public Security/provincial Public Security;
- Certificate of tax code registration issued by the provincial Tax Department.
Competent state agencies:
- Provincial Departments of Construction;
- Provincial Tax Department.
Implementation time:
- Implementation time is 03 – 05 working days from the date of receiving complete and valid dossier.
