Conditions

General conditions

• Having a team of managers, teachers, and staff who meet the prescribed standards, meeting the operational requirements of the center.
• Having appropriate facilities, equipment, programs, teaching materials, and funding sources, ensuring the quality of education according to the center’s construction and development plan and operation scale.

Conditions on the name of the center

• For foreign language or computer training centers: Foreign language (or informatics) center + proper name;
• For foreign language – informatics teaching center: Foreign language – informatics center + proper name

Conditions of operation of the center

• There is a decision to establish or permit the establishment of a competent person
• There are managers, teachers, technicians to teach theory and practice to ensure professional qualifications as prescribed; accountant, treasurer to meet the center’s operational requirements. The number of teachers must ensure the average ratio of no more than 25 students/1 teacher/shift.
• Having enough suitable classrooms and function rooms to meet the requirements of the training program; office for the administrative apparatus according to the organizational structure of the center to serve the management and training. The classroom is well-lit, with a minimum area of ​​1.5 m2/student/shift.
• Having textbooks, documents, and equipment for teaching and learning as required by the training program; have libraries, laboratory facilities, internships, practice, and other facilities meeting the requirements of training programs and scientific and technological activities.

Conditions of operation of the center

• There is a decision to establish or permit the establishment of a competent person

The dossiers

• Proposal for the establishment of a foreign language and informatics center;
• A project to establish a foreign language and informatics center, including the following contents: Name of the center, type of center, location of the center, the necessity and legal basis for the establishment of the center; objectives, functions, and tasks of the center; curriculum, training scale; the center’s facilities; organizational structure of the center, the director, deputy directors (if any), groups (or specialized departments); curriculum vitae of the person expected to be the Center Director;
• Draft regulations on organization of activities of foreign language and informatics centers.

The procedures

Step 1: Submit your application

Organizations and individuals send 01 set of documents directly or by post to the person competent to establish the foreign language and computer science center;

Step 2: Processing of records

Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of complete and valid dossiers, the agency competent to establish foreign language and informatics centers shall appraise and examine the conditions as prescribed.

Within 5 working days, the person competent to decide on the establishment or permit the establishment of a foreign language and information technology center shall decide to establish or permit the establishment if all conditions are met; if the establishment has not been decided yet, a written notice shall be sent to the organization or individual, clearly stating the reason.

Step 3: Get the result

Within 10-15 working days from the date of receipt of valid documents.
