• Advise all legal procedures related to the entry of foreigners into Vietnam, work permit application, visa or temporary residence card application for foreign workers in Vietnam;
• Perform all necessary legal procedures related to the issue of foreigners entering Vietnam to work;
• Check the validity of papers and documents provided by the Customer;
• Prepare entry documents, applying for work permits, visas or temporary residence cards for foreign workers in Vietnam;

2. Documents to be provided

2.1. Documents to be provided for Entry Visa application

• A notarized copy of each Passport of foreigners entering Vietnam (scan all pages of a passport);
• Notarized copy (ies) of Business registration certificate/ Establishment license of the organization (Company, Reprbesentative Office, PMO,…) that sponsors foreigners to enter Vietnam.
• Documents proving that foreigners have tested negative for Covid19 before entering Vietnam;
• Information on entry and quarantine plan: estimated time, method (by land or airline), place of entry (which border gate or airport), the intended place of temporary residence of the foreigners, place of quarantine.
• University diplomas of the foreigner (for experts);
• Certificate of (at least) 05-year working experience of the foreigner that is conformable with the expected job position in Vietnam.

1.2. Documents to be provided for Work Permit and Work Visa application

• 04 color photos (4cm x 6cm size, white background, front view, bare head, no color glasses), taken within 6 months before the submission date of application;
• Criminal record issued by a foreign or Vietnamese authority within 6 months before the submission date of the application;
• Health Certificate issued by a foreign or Vietnamese competent health facility issued within 12 months before the submission date of the application;
• Labour Contract between foreigners and the Company/organization sponsoring the foreigners;
• Documents proving that the foreigner has entered Vietnam;
• Certifcate of completing the Quarantine.

Note: Documents in foreign languages must be consularly legalized, translated into Vietnamese and notarized in accordance with Vietnamese law.

1.3. Documents to provided for temporary residence card(s) application:

• 04 color photos (4cm x 6cm size, white background, front view, bare head, no color glasses), taken within 6 months before the submission date of application;
• Confirmation of temporary residence in Vietnam;
• Pasport(s) of foreigner(s)
• Temporary residence card(s) (if any).
